Booking Conditions
Accommodation
- 24 Hour Operator
- More than 21 days prior to arrival: Confirmation deposit of one nights accommodation within 24 hours of booking. Balance due 21 days prior to arrival date
- Within 21 days of arrival: Full payment at the time of confirmation
- Gold Star Operator
- Full payment at the time of booking
- All Accommodation Providers
- Amendments to existing booking: $25.00 per amendment
Tours & Entertainment
- All bookings: Full payment at the time of confirmation
Cancellation Conditions
Accommodation
- More then 21 Days prior to arrival: Cancellation fee of $25.00
- 21 – 7 days prior to arrival: One nights accommodation
- Within 7 days of arrival date: No refund
Tours
- More than 7 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee of $25.00
- Within 7 days: No refund unless cancelled by the operator.
Entertainment
- No refunds or exchange of tickets.
