* Unit 9: Attractively presented two bedroom unit with a queen bed (see "RATES" page for photograph), two single beds and a fold-up bed.
The spacious living area opens onto a furnished balcony which offers a panoramic view of the beautiful waters of Port Stephens. Water views also from the lounge and dining areas, modern kitchen and the main bedroom.
* Unit 14: A luxurious penthouse unit with 3 bedrooms - one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds. The main bedroom has an en suite. The living area opens onto an enormous furnished balcony and BBQ area with extensive panoramic views across the bay to the heads. The unit also has a modern kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate second toilet. The lounge/dining area is air conditioned while all bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
* These units are situated in a peaceful area near the end of Soldiers Point.
* A short stroll (2-5 minutes) will take you to quiet beaches on both sides of the point, general store, internet cafe, take-away, restaurants, hair and beauty salon, massage and acupuncture centre, tennis courts, parks with play equipment, Soldiers Point Marina, boat ramp and Port Stephens Sailing Club.

* A short drive (5 minutes) will take you to Soldiers Point Bowling Club (bistro restaurant, entertainment, courtesy bus), Cornerstone Church (9.30 am service), Holbert's Oyster Farm, Salamander Bay shops ( wide range of shops / services including medical centre and petrol station).
* Easy, picturesque drives (10-15 minutes) will take you to Nelson Bay, a large Salamander shopping complex, most beaches and tourist activities. TARIFF: ranges from $125 per night (low season) to $200 per night (peak season) for Unit 9 and $165 to $245 per night for Unit 14, the penthouse. Click on VIEW RATES (see above) and enter dates on calendar to check rates for your stay.
*** Discount for bookings of a week or more for Unit 9. Maximum of 5 people in Unit 9 and 6 people in Unit 14.
